We transitioned AJIO Sambandam from a traditional on-ground event
to a cutting-edge virtual platform, harnessing the accelerated
shift towards digital adoption brought on by the pandemic. This
strategic move enabled us to connect with a broader audience of
retailers across India, overcoming the limitations of travel and
in-person events.
Our approach was centered around replicating the immersive and
interactive nature of physical trade shows. We crafted a virtual
environment that engaged retailers through dynamic brand
presentations and interactive features, ensuring a rich and
memorable experience.
To enhance brand visibility, we employed creative digital
storefronts and innovative presentation formats. This not only
captured retailer interest but also showcased key products in a
visually compelling manner.
We meticulously planned for seamless integration between the
virtual event platform and AJIO’s e-commerce system. This smooth
connection streamlined the purchasing process, enabling retailers
to move effortlessly from product discovery to transaction. Our
strategy included a targeted focus on select sellers to drive
substantial sales volumes. By strategically promoting these
sellers, we maximized their reach and impact within the platform.
We also developed unique offers and promotions designed to attract
retailers and encourage purchases. This approach was aimed at

propositions.
Finally, we designed the platform to support retailers in making
