Description

As a Manager – Tech Sales for EC's Technology Solutions your focus must be on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization's technology products or services. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic planning to expand the company’s market presence and reach.

Role & Responsibilities:

Total Experience in Tech Sales: 
5 to 7 Years

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business leads with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and position the company’s technology solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets from initial contact to closure, including managing contracts, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Product and Solution Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s technology products, services, and solutions to provide relevant insights to clients and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the solutions address specific customer needs.
  • Partnership and Alliance Development: Identify and establish partnerships and alliances that can enhance the company’s market positioning and create new revenue streams.
  • Reporting and Performance Management: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and performance against set targets and goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective campaigns, sales materials, and content tailored to target audiences.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

  • International Technical Sales experience in USA, Canada & European markets a must
  • Degree (Bachelors, Masters) in any field
  • Post-Graduation / MBA preferred
