Description

We are looking for a process-driven HR Operations Manager who can streamline, automate, and optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR processes, payroll, employee data management, audits, and HRMS automation to drive operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Automation
    • Lead end-to-end HR operations, focusing on process standardization and automation to improve efficiency.
    • Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions (HRMS, payroll automation, attendance tracking, etc.).
    • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process optimization through digital tools and HR analytics.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate manual processes and enhance productivity.
    • Maintain real-time dashboards for employee records, KYC verification, and background checks (BGV)
  • Payroll, Compliance & HR Audits
    • Manage payroll processing, taxation (DKM), and salary structure updates with a focus on automation.
    • Oversee statutory compliance, data for HR audits (Cheil, External, Compliance), and governance reporting.
    • Ensure seamless integration of payroll with finance and HR systems for better reporting and accuracy.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain HR dashboards, master salary sheets, and real-time reports for decision-making.
    • Generate monthly reports (Org Chart, FTE List, Payroll Summary, Attrition Analysis) with automation tools.
    • Track and improve HR analytics, workforce planning, and compliance metrics.
  • Vendor management
    • Drive contract management, invoice approvals, and vendor performance tracking
    • Collaborate with vendors for payroll, background verification, and HRMS enhancements.
  • Leave & Attendance Management
    • Automate leave & attendance tracking, calculations like double pay, leave encashment, recovery etc.
    • FY and CY leave reports
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Initiatives
    • Streamline training administration, vendor selection, and L&D effectiveness tracking.
    • Implement L&D digital platforms to enhance learning accessibility and analytics.
    • Align learning programs with business needs through automated skill assessment tools.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

  • Post-Graduate in HR or related field
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, process automation, and HR technology (HRMS, payroll software, analytics tools).
  • Proven experience in optimizing and digitizing HR workflows.
  • Excellent skills in data management, compliance reporting, and HR analytics.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with attendance systems, payroll automation, and HRMS upgrades.
