Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Working with the Creative team closely and coming up with new ideas which can lead to great output.
• Character animation is a must-know skill for illustration and vector-based character related videos.
• Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
• Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users.
• Researching the latest design trends to create visuals for our brand.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
• Add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
• Relating to and delivering visually stunning video motion graphics for various media assets.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

• Ability to convey ideas, understand the company’s vision/direction, and present designs and concepts.
• Conceptual thinking in both storytelling and motion design and strong knowledge of industry-standard software tools, such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Must have design aesthetics, strong communication, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
• Must be proactive about improving/developing artistic skills.
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing you are a proficient designer as well as an expert video editor, who knows how to use type, color, and visual hierarchy to communicate quickly and effectively.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in motion graphic
